The Aurora Charters Fishing Fleet in Seward, Alaska

Our newest addition to the fleet as of summer 2019!

The “POLARIS” is a new inspected 36’ long by 13’ wide catamaran boat built by “ACI BOATS” that can cruise at 27 knots and is captained by Jon LESTER.

It is powered with twin 350HP “Suzuki” outboards with duo prop lower units that will push it to the outer limits and is outfitted with state of the art Raymarine “AXIOM PRO” electronics that include a multifunction display chart plotter with GPS navigation coupled with 3D downvision and 1kw high and low chirp sonar, and an 18 mile Doppler radar.

The C-Hawk is a 33' Tri State Marine high speed coastal waters boat. Powered by twin, 225 HP Honda four stroke outboards, she is capable of cruising speeds of up to 30 knots. She is outfitted with the best in navigation and fish finding electronics, "Raymarine", and is meticulously maintained. She is a safe, stable boat that will accommodate 6 passengers comfortably. She has very roomy back deck that provides plenty of room for each fisherman. She has a dry cabin with a v-berth head. All equipment and electronics on board is state of the art and meets or exceeds U.S. Coast Guard standards.

The 50' Emerald Fjord is the true Cadillac of the fleet. Built in 1976 by Delta Marine in Seattle Washington she is considered to be the best in large sport fishing charter vessels. 1,000 HP of turbocharged diesels allows her to cruise at a cool 21 knots while accommodating 16 passengers in spacious style out to the fishing grounds. Large, heated cabin, full walk around fishing deck, equipped with state of the art Ray Marine Navigation and fish finding equipment. We use custom built rods with Penn or Avet reels and tournament grade tackle for fishing. She is the perfect platform for catching fish!

The 30' Orion is a high speed 6 passenger catamaran built by Blackfeather Boats in 2006. She is an exceptionally stable, fast, and comfortable boat with cruising speeds easily in excess of 30 knots. Powered with twin 250 HP four stroke Honda outboards she has a range of over 400 miles.
